The company was duly registered as No. BN 2409896 with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. The firm has Estate Surveyors & Valuers, whom are duly licensed to practice by the Estate Surveyors &Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.

 

The firm is headed by Emeka Inyah, a seasoned surveyor and valuer who has put in well over 5 years in real estate practice - an invaluable experience which he has brought to bear in the day to day operation of the company.

 

Our business focus, aside valuation of assets is letting and management of low density residential properties, factoriesand high-rise type office properties. We also engage in letting of landed property on behalf of the lessor,identifying a suitable property for a prospective tenant and handling negotiations.
